  • 2. In what way does one-on-one Coaching work?
The neuroscience-based coaching & mindfulness coaching programs I create 'focus' on mindset training, effective communication, emotional intelligence, empathy & overall gravitas. I assist my clients in developing their self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management as a catalyst to improve their overall life and to create trust, credibility, influence & impact in personal as well as professional settings. As part of each coaching engagement, we set clear, measurable goals and ensure alignment with the values they live by. By providing clients with realistic perceptions of skills and behaviors based on interaction with the client, observations and feedback, and by integrating journal prompts and self-assessment approaches, I aim to build honest open relationships. One-on-one coaching helps individuals develop a process and pattern for learning and growth that goes well beyond the coaching interactions. I have extensive experience using traditional coaching methods integrated with neuroscience and holistic interventions. In addition to goals, habits, time management, stress management, emotion regulation and critical thinking, I also develop decision-making skills. The non-judgmental approach of my coaching allows me to produce long-lasting tangible results.
  • 3. How is life coaching different from therapy?
Therapy deals with healing pain, dysfunction and conflict within an individual or in relationships. The focus is often on resolving 'difficulties' arising from the past that hamper an individual's emotional functioning in the present, improving overall psychological functioning, and dealing with the present in more emotionally healthy ways. Coaching, on the other hand, supports personal and professional growth based on self-initiated change in pursuit of specific actionable outcomes. These outcomes are linked to personal or professional success. Coaching is future focused. While positive feelings/emotions may be a natural outcome of coaching, the primary focus is on creating actionable strategies for achieving specific goals in one's work or personal life. The emphasis in coaching is on taking action, being accountable, and being consistent.
  • 4. What is NeuroLife Coaching?
Understanding how the brain works on a scientific level and incorporating this 'knowledge' can help identify correlations between mind and emotional health. Neuroscience provides breakthroughs that challenge classical ways of thinking. Meanwhile, coaching provides vital insight into the complexity of human behaviour. Our brains are plastic, malleable and rewireable at any age. Every time you think a thought, neurons are firing and wiring together in a way that either retraces old mental pathways or creates new neural pathways. NeuroLife Coaching utilizes the latest science and research of human brain and how it works to help you create new neural pathways: different ways of thinking and being which ultimately break old behavioural patterns, form productive habits and make better decisions to elevate the quality of your life. There are several ways in which coaching and neuroscience support one another. Together, these fields can help answer questions about anxiety, emotion regulation and stress management to help individuals formulate goals and action plans towards achieving their objectives.
  • 5. How do I start my coaching journey with Seetu?
Please click on any of the buttons you see anywhere in the website and complete the form so that I can schedule a free 20-minute discovery call. A discovery session is a free initial call you have with Coach Seetu. The purpose of this session is to learn about you, where you are currently and where you wish to go. It is typically a complimentary 20 minutes session to get to know what your challenges are and the goals you want to achieve. It is about finding out what has been working and what hasn’t and finally showing clients how coaching can help them accomplish their desired goals. This brief conversation forms the foundation of the coaching 'relationship' where the primary goal is to determine if the coach and the client can work together. In this session the coaching process is explained along with the coaching costs.
